Aries Merritt broke world record in 110-metes hurdles at Friday in the Van Damme memorial. He finished in 12.80 seconds, this is so fast. He can't believe that because he said "It was, 'What? What? What is this I am seeing?" and he didn't touch any of the 10 hurdles he swept over. He won Olympic game too. The original holder is Robles. And Merritt said he want to break world record but he don't know when. he said was too fast.

shock: to make someone feel very surprised.

triumph: an important success or victory, especially after a difficult struggle.
