Why they teach despite it all Jisoo

We saw article about Chicago teacher in the classs. I found this article on CNN.com. I could see what it is exactly going on. When I saw previous article, I got upset becuase I think Chicago theachers don't have resoponsible, even though they have problems. However, I understood their mind.

First of all, their salary hasn't raised in 7 years, not even a cost of living increases. 7 years???? It's really too mean. In 7 years, U.S.A has had a lot of things. Economy has downed, many people lose their house because of bankruptcy, the consumers' price has been rising, etc. Even though, this country has had this problems, they didn't raise teachers' salary. How could they live?

Secondly, their working time is crazy. Some theachers leave home in 2:15 a.m. They couldn't have time with their family because of this. Schools give a lot of work and working time, but they don't increase teachers' salary.

Finally, they can't care their children after school. Their working time is crazy, so they can't care their children after their children come back home. They should hire nanny for their children, or send them other place for care their child, but they don't have enough money.

It's really serious problems. If school don't fix this problems, teachers can't come back to shool. This happening is related teachers' life. Chicago state should find solutions for teachers. You fix problems, teacher can go back to school, and your child can go to school.
